Welcome to Royal King Cleaning Solutions Inc. ("Company," "We" "Us," "Our"). By booking our services, you ("Client," "Customer" "You") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: Regular cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Post-construction cleaning Specialized cleaning services (e.g., carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, striping and waxing)
2. Booking & Payments Services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email. Full payment or a deposit may be required before service. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and Zelle. Cancellations within 48 hours of service may incur a cancellation fee of 25%.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment at no extra charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 35% charge. No-shows or failure to provide access to the property may result in full service charges.
4. Client Responsibilities The client must provide safe access to the property and inform us of any security codes, alarms, or special instructions. Valuables and fragile items should be secured before service. Pets should be secured in a designated area to ensure the safety of both pets and our staff.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints If you are unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean or discuss an appropriate resolution. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for re-cleaning.
6. Liability & Damages We take great care in our work, but accidents can happen. If any damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items improperly secured before cleaning. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Health & Safety Our cleaners are trained in safety procedures and use professional-grade cleaning supplies. We reserve the right to refuse service if hazardous conditions (e.g., infestations, biohazards) are present. Clients must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products.
8. Hazardous Materials Our staff reserves the right to decline cleaning services in areas contaminated with hazardous materials, including but not limited to bodily fluids such as vomit, feces, blood, or any other substances classified as biohazards. If hazardous materials are found on-site, we reserve the right to refuse service and charge a cancellation fee.
9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if: The work environment is unsafe. There is harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff. The client repeatedly cancels or fails to pay for services.
10. Privacy & Data Protection We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for booking, billing, and communication purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

12. Late Payments & Fees Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. A 15% late fee will be applied to any invoice that remains unpaid after 5 business days from the service date. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension and may be turned over to collections.
